GDPR and Robertson Low

We have made changes to our data protection policies in order to be compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR

What is GDPR?

The Irish Data Protection Act 1988 and the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003 (“the Acts”) are now (for the most part) replaced by a new Data Protection Act (“the Act”) to give effect to EU legislation, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).  This change is effective from 25th May 2018.

Under the GDPR we will have more obligations and you will have more rights about your information.  There will be no change to how you use the services we provide.  You do not have to do anything differently.

In light of the above we have updated our Data Protection Privacy Notice which can be accessed here. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at

  • We will stay in touch from time to time and would like to send you marketing and promotional material about products and services you may like, updates, special offers, news and events.

Please tick below if you would not be interested in receiving this information from us *: *( see note below):

  • *Note: This opt out relates to the receipt of marketing and promotional materials only. If you are an existing customer, you will still receive the normal correspondence and information relating to your account and your ongoing business transactions with us.

Your personal data will be treated with the utmost privacy and will never be shared with other companies or interested parties for marketing purposes.
